This is my claim for damages which needs to be filed if I file a lawsuit in the Arizona Courts. The incidents happened at Tempe Transit Center on Monday, September 17, 2018 around 6:05 p.m. Tempe Transit Center is on 5th Street & College Avenue in Tempe. One lawsuit will be a USC 42 Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit in Federal Court, the other will be a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Since I need to give a number I will ask for $1,000,000,000 in damages. I guess my claims are; 1) My civil rights were violated by the bus driver and C4S Security guard. I suspect my 4th and 14th Amendment constitutional rights were violated. And this was a violation of USC 42, Section 1983.In that case it was also a Black bus driver who came up with some cockamaine reason for refusing to let me ride on the Venus bus. In that incident the bus driver attacked me and tried to physical drag me off of the bus. Valley Metro drivers are NOT allowed to touch passengers. They are supposed to get the cops to drag people off of busses. The bus driver also slammed my hand in the bus door causing it to be cut. As expected the Tempe Police refused to charge the bus driver with any crimes despite the fact he attacked me. And that I had a hand that was cut open and bleeding. I was not charged with any crimes. Nor were any police reports made. Yesterday at about 6:05 p.m. on September 17, 2018 at the Tempe Transit Center I tried to board the Venus Clockwise bus. It was bus number 1600. The driver refused to tell me his name or even talk to me. The Valley Metro supervisor said the driver's name was Derek. The driver is a Black man. The driver of the bus, Derek first told the C4S Security guard I peed in my pants and was a biohazard and not allowed to ride on his bus. And the armed C4S Security guard prevented me from boarding his bus. I had not peed in my pants. Nor were my pants dripping wet. Or even mildly wet. And I had just gotten off of the Earth bus. I was going to ride on the Venus CounterClockwize bus, and that driver let me on his bus. That bus leaves at 6:01 p.m. The driver of the bus, Derek next changed his story and told the Valley Metro supervisor at Tempe Transit Center that I matched the description of a person who had been banned from the Valley Metro buses that day for causing trouble. The Valley Metro supervisor was a Black man who claimed to be named Paul. The Valley Metro Supervisor refused to give me his last name. At about that time I talked to the armed C4S Security guard. I mentioned that I was suing Stephanie Walker one of his co-workers at C4S Security for false arrest, and other civil rights violation in Federal court. The C4S Security guard refused to tell me his name. He said something to the effect that the City of Tempe does not allow them to give out their names or the city of Tempe doesn't require them to give out their names. The Valley Metro supervisor, Paul was on the phone for a while. I don't know who he was talking to or what he was talking to them about. Valley Metro supervisor, Paul eventually said that I was allowed to ride the Valley Metro buses. Despite the lie that Valley Metro bus driver Derek said I was a "bio-hazard" who had peed in my pants. And despite the lie that Valley Metro bus driver Derek said I was banned from riding other buses. But Valley Metro supervisor, Paul did make one mistake. He said I was NOT allowed to ride on Derek's bus. He told me I had to wait for the next bus. He said that I might get into a fight with Derek and thus I could not ride on his bus. That was despite the fact that I have every legal right to ride on Derek's bus. And despite the fact that I was cool and calm and had not even raised my voice during the entire incident. And despite the fact that Valley Metro bus driver Derek lied and said I was a "bio-hazard" who had peed in my pants. And also lied said I was banned from riding other buses. Instead of waiting 15 minutes for the next bus I took the Venus CounterClockwise bus which I think left at 6:16 pm. The driver of the Venus CounterClockwize bus was Mick. Mick is a former airline pilot. Me and Mick had a long discussion about Valley Metro bus drivers that are idiots, and about how government agencies almost always f*ck people over. I would also like to make a request for public records to help document my lawsuit per A.R.S 39-121. These public records will not be used for commercial purposes. These public records will be used in my lawsuits against the city of Tempe, Valley Metro and C4S Security. I would like a copy of the videos and audios on these Orbit buses for that day. Jupiter Southbound bus from Boardway & College to Tempe Library. About 6:40 a.m. to 7:00pmI would like the full names of all the Valley Metro employees mentioned so I can include them in the lawsuits. I would like the full name of the C4S Security guard so I can include him in the lawsuit. I would like the phone number of the person the Valley Metro supervisor Paul was talking to when he was investigating my case at TCC. And the name of who that phone belongs to. If an audio is available of the phone call I would like a copy of it. Thanks

I would like to make another request for public records to help document my lawsuit per A.R.S 39-121. These public records will not be used for commercial purposes. These public records will be used in my lawsuits against the city of Tempe, Valley Metro and C4S Security. I recently complained about a Valley Metro bus driver who seemed to be a racist bus driver and refused to let me ride on his bus because I am White. Since one of the lies that bus driver used was that other Valley Metro bus drivers had said in their radio transmissions I was causing problems on other Valley Metro buses that i was banned from riding on them, I would like a copy of all the Valley Metro Orbit bus radio transmissions for that day on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 6:40 a.m. until 6:05 p.m on that day. The other lie that the Valley Metro bus driver used was that I had peed in my pants and I was a bio-hazard. To disprove that I would like a copy of all the videos at the Tempe Transit Center from about 3:30 pm to 4pm and from about 5:40 pm to 6:05 pm with me in the videos so I can prove that I had not peed in my pants. I don't know where the Valley Metro driver complained I peed in my pants, but if he is claiming it was somewhere besides the Tempe Transit Center, I would like copies of videos from whatever location he is claiming I peed in my pants at. Also I think this is the same bus driver that physically attacked me several years ago on a Venus bus. In addition to physically attacking me the bus driver also slammed my hand in the bus door and cut it open. I have to dig thru my records, to find the exact date and dig up the emails I made to you guys. But I would also like a copy of the driver's record and all the complaints filed against him. I would also like a copy of any videos from back then in which the driver was on the bus and he grabbed me and tried to physically drag me off of the bus. The driver also slammed the bus door on my hand cutting it open. Again I would like copies of those videos if they still exist. In that case the driver was at the drivers seat and used the bus controls to slam the door on my hand cutting it open. You guys sure hire a lot of nut jobs to work for you. It's too bad you don't fire these nut job drivers when they attack passengers. Or when they are racists and refuse to let people ride on the bus because they have the wrong color of skin.
I don't know if the racist Black bus driver that attacked me on Friday, September 2, 2016 around 2pm is the same guy as the racist Black bus driver that refused to let me ride on his bus September 17, 2018 at 6:05 pm. The driver in the Friday, September 2, 2016 incident was Robert who has badge number 0551. The driver in the Monday, September 17, 2018 incident was Derek and I didn't get a badge number. Both drivers seemed to be racist *ssholes. I don't know if they are the same person. ----- I went thru my notes and found the incident when I was attacked by a Black bus driver at the Tempe Transit Center. That bus driver also refused to let me ride on his bus. That incident occurred on On Friday, September 2, 2016 around 2pm. The bus driver's name was Robert who has badge number 0551. I don't know if he is the same bus that refused to let me ride on his bus Monday, September 17, 2018. The bus driver in the September 17, 2018 incident refused to give me his name. The Valley Metro supervisor at Tempe Transit Center said the drivers name was Derek. The Valley Metro Supervisor claimed his name was Paul. In the September 2, 2016 incident, I had been riding all day on the Valley Metro buses without any problems. But this bus drive gave me the lame excuse I could not ride on his bbus because I had a hole in my pants. --- Here is a copy of the email I sent complaining about that incident. I also attached some photos to the email. You have copies of those photos already. --- I would like to file two claims against Valley Metro and the City of Tempe for incidents that happened on Friday, September 2, 2016 at about 2 pm at the Tempe Transit Center. I will settle each incident for $100 million each from the city of Tempe and Valley Metro, so that make 4 incidents for a total of $400 million. On Friday, September 2, 2016 around 2pm Valley Metro Bus driver Robert who has badge number 0551 and who is a Black man attacked me on the Venus bus. I think it was the Venus Clocksize bus. It was bus number 1580. As I was trying to get on the bus he slammed the bus doors on my hand. Instead of opening the doors to release my hand he then got out of the drivers seat while the bus doors remained closed and tried to shove my hand out of the door. I don't know if this is when my hand was sliced open. How ever my hand might have been sliced open in the next incident that happened. In that next incident, I got on the Venus bus and Robert attacked me and grabbed me and tried to force me off of the bus. I didn't fight back but just passively resisted. Robert may have sliced my hand open while he was doing that. Again I am not sure when Robert sliced my hand open. If it was when he slammed the bus door on my hand, and then tried to force it out of the closed doors, or if it was when he attacked me when I bordered his bus and he tried to throw me off of the bus. I was told that Valley Metro drivers are NOT allowed to touch passengers, much less attack them. So I suspect that Robert violated Valley Metro policy in both incidents. I know that Valley Metro drivers are supposed to report any incidents where people are injured or bodily fluids are spilled on their buses. I suspect Robert did not report the incident about him slicing my hand open. And again I suspect Robert violated Valley Metro policy by not reporting my injuries which he caused. Prior to trying to ride Roberts bus I road on 3 Valley Metro Orbit buses that day. None of them had any problems with me. First I rode on a Venus Bus to the Tempe Transit Center. Then I road on the Earth bus to McKellips and College. Then I rode the Earth bus back from McKellips Road and Rural or Scottsdale Road to the Tempe Transit Center. After the incident with Robert I then rode on a Venus bus back to my final destination. That driver was named Bob and his bus number was 1563. Bob didn't have any problems with me either. I think I got on Bob's bus at 2:15pm. I don't know if Robert is just an asshole or a racist asshole who doesn't like white people, but Robert is certainly an asshole. Robert told me I could not ride on his bus because I had a hole I my pants. I told Robert I wanted to talk to his supervisor, but Robert refused to get his supervisor. And as I said before Robert attacked me several time slicing open my hand. Robert also reported me to a Tempe cop. That cop was E Hutchison who wrote down his number as #16718. E Hutchison didn't arrest me or even give me a hard time. I suspect he lied to me when he told me that the Venus buses were a private company and he couldn't force the driver to let me ride on them. I way be wrong on that. My second complaint which I wish to file against Valley Metro and the city of Tempe is about Tempe cop E Hutchison. I showed my bloody hand to Tempe cop E. Hutchison and told him I wanted to file a complaint against Valley Metro Bus driver Robert #0551 for attacking me and slicing open my hand. Tempe cop E. Hutchison refused to take a complaint from me because I refused to give him my full name. I suspect that's a Title 42, Section 1983 civil rights violation. But even if it isn't I should E. Hutchison should not have refused to take a report from me after I had been attacked and was bleeding in front of him. While me and Tempe cop E. Hutchison are talking Robert denied attacking me and slicing open my hand. The videos on the bus will prove that Valley Metro Bus driver Robert is a liar, and a criminal. And of course the fact that Robert denied attacking me when I showed the cop my bloody hand that shows that Robert should have reported the injury to Valley Metro. Something I suspect he didn't do. This time my request for public records is all the information that Valley Metro, the Tempe Police and the city of Tempe have about this incident. I want copies of all police reports. I want a copy of all the reports that happened by Valley Metro when they reviewed my complaining about the bus driver that attacked me in the Friday, September 2, 2016 incident.

That is the bus driver the supervisor told me was Dereck --- It looked like Dereck took off his badge so I couldn't get his name from it. ----------------------- Page 1 of big notes Problems with Black bus driver on Venus clockwize bus at 6:05 pm on Monday, September 17, 2018 bus #1600 1) Guard was with C4S or C & S. He refused to give his name. He gave me a line of BS that Tempe said they don't have to identify themselves The driver told the rentacop not to let me on the bus because I was a biohazard and that I had peed in my pants 2) I had road Earth from McKellips & Scottsdale to Tempe Transit Center. And got off at TCC to catch the Venus bus at 6:05 pm 3) prior to that I took the Jupiter North from Library at about 3:30 to TCC. Then I took Earth to Mckellips & College or Mckellips & 68th 4) then on return trip to took Earth back to TCC. I think I caught Earth back at 5:40 p.m. It was a Black woman driver 5) the Driver who refused to let me on the bus was a Black guy. The Supervisor said the drivers name was Dereck. The driver refused to give me his name. 6) The Supervisor was "Paul", another Black guy. He refused to give me a last name. 7) bus number was 1600. It was Venus Clockwize. It was supposed to leave at 6:05 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2018. ----------------------- Page 2 of big notes 7) Problem began when Driver came. He pulled bus up and let a Black woman on. He refused to let me on. He didn't say anything to me or explain why. I thought the Black woman was his girlfriend and he wanted to yack with her. I didn't think he was a racist *sshole. 8) When I tried to get on again, the bus driver blocked me and called the C & S or C4S rent-a-cop & told him I was a "bio-hazard" & I could not get on the bus. The C&S or C4S Security guard had a gun so I didn't argue with him. 9) I tried to get his name but he wouldn't talk to me. I think I am referring to the bus driver. Because the C4S Security guard simply refused to give me his name. 10) A supervisor was in the area, and the driver told him that other drivers had said I was a problem and shouldn't be let on the bus. He said I matched the description of the person. I was wearing grey shorts, a black t-shirt a city of Tempe hat & black sandals. ----------------------- Page 3 of big notes 11) the supervisor made some phone calls while I was there on the matter. I think I was blocking the Venus bus so it could not leave. That's when I asked the supervisor his name. He said it was Paul. He refused to give me a last name. Paul, the supervisor was a Black guy. 12) The Supervisor also gave me the drivers name. He said the driver was "Dereck". Dereck is also a Black guy. I think Dereck is the same *sshole bus driver who refused to give me a ride before. Same place, same time [about], different date. i.e. Venus southbound in the afternoon [Later I checked my emails and that incident happened about 2 years ago. That was when the driver attacked me and cut open my hand. That driver also physically tried to drag me off the bus] 13) I talked to the rent-a-pig. He was with C4S, C & S or C&S. Same out Stephanie Walker is with. I mentioned I was suing them in Federal Court. Guard or rent-a-pig said they didn't have to give out their names, or they are not allowed to give out names or don't have to. So I didn't get a name from him. In this case the guard should have volunteered his number ----------------------- Page 4 of big notes 14) The supervisor said that I could ride on the bus. But he said I could not ride on the Black guys bus, i.e. Dereck's bus, bus 1600, the Venus bus that leaves at 6:05 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018 Supervisor told me I had to take the next bus. He pointed to the bus that leaves at 6:20 p.m. I thought that was bullsh*t, because I had done nothing wrong. Supervisor gave me a line of BS that I might get into a fight with the driver. 15) I decided to take Venus counterclockwise back instead since it left next. 16) I was going to take Venus Counterclockwise bus back at 6:01 p.m. and in fact I got on it and talked to the driver. So there should be a video of me on it. But I changed my mind because I wanted to get off at Circle K and buy some food. That bus driver didn't have a problem with me. 17) Now I remember t he driver that refused to give me a ride 2 years ago. He slammed the door on me and I think I went to the hospital. I think a cop was there too. That was the last time. I think it was the same *sshole bus driver. I wrote my notes about the incident at burger king. [Actually it was a few days past 2 years ago. And I complained about it to Valley Metro via email] 18) Anyhow I caught the Venus Counterclockwise bus back. Mick was the driver. Or was that Mack. He is the driver that used to be an airline pilot. ----------------------- Page 5 of big notes 19) me & Mick or Mack had a long discussion on the way back. He said he never had problems with me. 20) Back to item 14) Supervisor said I could not ride on Blacks guys bus because I might get into a fight with him. That's a pretty sh*tty reason a) I was perfectly calm & not angry b) I had not p*ssed in my pants as the driver said c) nobody had complained about me. Well no bus drivers had complained about me. d) the whole incident was the DRIVERS fault e) so the supervisors reasons where sh*t. 20) Me and mac, the airline pilot had a discussion. I found out he went to Purdue. I thought it was a private school. He told me it's a government school. 20) Sue for A) Slander - peed in my pants, biohazard B) false arrest c) Racial discrimination (This is the second item 20. I think he slammed the door on my hand and cut it open. He caused me to go to the hospital I think he tried to physically throw me off of the bus. [After reviewing my letters I sent Valley Metro all of those statements are correct] 22) Tuesday, September 18, 2018 I woke up an hour late at 5pm Caught the Jupiter south 15 minutes late at about 7:00 a.m. - got to Frys at 7:16 Talked to him about shooting last night and Penzone [I think the shooting was the guy that was murdered on Baseline & Priest] 23) 7:16 a.m. took photos of my hand. It says Venus 1600 6:05 Dereck Says I'm a biohazard 24) driver of Jupiter didn't accuse me of being a biohazard.
