When I came in Michelle Mushee Westinfield was yelling and screaming at me. She was ranting that I sued her. And that I sued Dave. And that I sued Tom Dean.

I told Michelle Mushee Westinfield something like, well if you don't slander people, you won't get sued.

I should have also told her the if you don't violate your fiduciary duties as a corporate officer you won't get sued for malpractice either.

One of the ladys with the Democrats seemed to think that Michelle Mushee Westinfield had a court order keeping me away from her. She seemed to want to throw me out.

But when you figured out that I was suing Michelle Mushee Westinfield she backed off.

Wow!!! I suspect that means that Tom Dean will make the next Safer Arizona initiative a lot worse then he made the current Safer Arizona initiative.

Sounds like Safer Arizona will be sleeping with the ADA or AMMA. ADA is Arizona dispensary Association. AMMA is Arizona Medical Marijuana Association.

Again that AIN'T going to happen. The ADA wants a billion dollar monopoly for themselves. It's all about $$$ MONEY $$$.

The ADA ain't going to work with SAFER if it cuts into their profits.

The ADA didn't work last time with AZFRM.

All the ADA wants is Safer Arizona to supply them with free labor to reduce the cost of them getting on the ballot.

I suspect the ADA will spend at least $6 million to get their initiative on the ballot.

75K in their prediction - half

I think I meant they got 75,000 signatures which is about half of what they needed.

The Arizona Republic said they got 70,000 signatures. La Prensa said they got 75,000 signatures. And at this meeting they said they got 75,000 signatures.

The guy from AZFRM said they got 125,000 signatures.

So it looks like Safer Arizona did a very poor job compared to AZFRM.

Didn't Tom Dean say that he WORKED for the medical marijuana cartel in the response to the lawsuit I filed? Yes!!!

Sounds like Tom Dean wants to create a legal recreational marijuana cartel, like the existing medical marijuana cartel.

And in the current medical marijuana cartel we have something like 130 medical marijuana dispensaries owned by 6 families.

Alex is actually making sense here. Alex is complaining about the limited number of licenses. Alex is mad that they plan to have a limited number of licenses. I agree with Alex.

Tom Dean is now ranting on how we need to create the medical marijuana cartels. When I wrote that I meant, that Tom Dean is coming up with lame excuses to justify a limited number of marijuana businesses. Which I call the medical marijuana cartel.

That is VS the free market which allows anybody who wants to to sell marijuana.

The AZFRM guy says give them their cartels, in exchange for them helping us legalize marijuana. Even though he doesn't like cartels.

Tom Dean wants a new & better status quo. I.e. in English Tom Dean wants to continue the current system that sucks.

You know instead of having a legal limit of 130 medical marijuana dispensaries, bump it up to 200, or maybe even 250.

Alex seems to say f*ck it. Let's can the existing system and do it the right way. Which is my view.

And that's how we wrote the initial Safer Arizona initiative before Tom Dean got involved and f*cked it up.

Demitri Downing is now pushing the marijuana cartel nonsense.

I think he seems to be saying that we should all help the folks in his legal medical marijuana cartel expand and become the legal recreational marijuana cartel. You know help the folks in the AMMA or Arizona Medical Marijuana Association expand their legal medical marijuana monopoly into the legal recreational marijuana monopoly.

The AZFRM guy said that had 125,000 signatures. That is what I suspected. They had a hell of a lot more signatures than Safer Arizona which only got a measly 70,000 or 75,000 depending on which number you believe.

I suspect that means Sergeant David Stephen Wisniewsk is a horrible manager.

The AZFRM guy liked me. At least he seemed to say he liked the RAD initiative because it was simple and got to the point of 100% complete legalization in 11 measly lines.

That may be true, but I disagree with Tom Dean 100%. If we want freedom we have to tell the ADA and AMMA to f*ck off and legalize it the right way.

Tom Dean took credit for writing the Safer Arizona initiative. When in fact me, Alex and Dave wrote most of the Safer Arizona initiative. Well we wrote all of it. And then Tom Dean came along and destroyed many of the protections that we put in it to protect the marijuana community.

And of course Tom Dean statement conflicts with Robert W. Clarks statement that they ALL wrote the Safer Arizona initiative.

Rubbish. Me, Dave and Alex wrote it. And then Tom Dean ruined it.

The AZFRM guy seemed to like me. Well at least he seemed to like the RAD initiative. Because it was to the point.

The guy in the back seemed to be one of the authors of the AZFRM initiative. He wasn't Jason Medar. He might have been Jason Hein, but I think he was the 3rd guy.

When Tom Dean responded to my lawsuit, he admitted that he has worked for the legal medical marijuana cartel.

I suspect that Tom Dean wrote parts of the evil Prop 203, which is also the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
