Mickey Jones In theory the courts, police and prosecutors are separate. In reality they are the same beast and operate together. I like to call the "War on Drugs" a full employment jobs program for cops. It's also a full employment jobs program for prosecutors, judges, public defenders, prison guards, drug testing companies and a whole slew of other entities. Mickey Jones Actually many judges are former prosecutors. It's not OUR court system, it's theirs. And they love the war on drugs because it pays them good money.
