The Maricopa County Attorney threatened to put the parents of Zander Welton in jail for giving their son hash oil to treat his epilepsy.
The Arizona CPS or DCS which stand for Child Protective Services or Department of Child Services then threated to take Zander from his parents and put him in a foster home.
Zander Welton is the youngest medical marijuana patient in Arizona.
Zander Welton was 5 years old when he got his Arizona medical marijuana card under Prop 203 which is Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act or AMMA.
The ACLU sued Maricopa County and got a ruling that hashish and hash oil is medical marijuana.
Now a stupid judge (Dale P. Nielson) in Navajo County has done the same thing.
