Each states has it’s own rules regarding the way initiatives are written and Arizona has a handbook on how to do so. Industry has made it clear that they intend to throw out another legalization measure for 2020. As a community of patients and industry employees, what specifics do we want that legislation to include. In previous years and currently, these have included:
1) Grow rights.
What else does our community want to see in the next bill? If we could coordinate with industry and all the various groups to include those points that everyone wants so we could all agree and make it happen? Arizona Gregory Just remember whatever the next initiative is not to mess with the medical program keep it separate. Post conviction relief and expungement. Testing ppb for molds & pesticides THC,CBD,and any other Cannaboids that are detected would be nice. Grow right city/county can't ban Plenty of dispensary lic for as many that want to give it a try.
