Falsely arrested at Tempe Library on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at about 8:40 am by rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker.

On Saturday, April 28, 2018 at about 8:40 a.m., I had my 1st and 4th Amendment rights violated by Tempe Library rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker.

2 days ago on Thursday, April 26 (I think - have to look at notes to verify) she jerked me around for sitting in front of library.

I was sitting on the ground in front of the library waiting for it to open on the east side of the door. I wasn't blocking anything. She asked me to move to the west side. I got up and started to move, but before I moved I asked her what crime I was committing.

She said none. She said I was breaking a library policy.

When I asked here what library policy she said something the effect it was a secret library policy and I wasn't allowed to see it.

Today, Saturday, April 28 at about 8:40 a.m. she violated my violated my civil rights again.

I was sitting on the ground next to the bus stop. There are no signs saying you can't sit on the ground. She told me I could not sit there.

So I got up and again I asked her what laws I was breaking.

She again said I wasn't breaking any laws. She may have said I was breaking the same imaginary library policies she accused me of breaking last time.

I asked her if it was the same "secret" library policies that she accused of breaking last time.

This time she said it wasn't secret.

There were a number of people at the bus stop who witnessed this. Some of them would later get on the bus with me.

So after she left I told them what happened on Thursday..

Rent-a-cop Stephanie Walker came back and said she was going to trespass me for 24 hours from the library for talking to them.

She gave me a line of BS that I was creating a disturbance.

She got out her cellphone and started to videotape me.

First she said if I did it again she was going to trespass me.

Then she changed her mind and said she was going to trespass me this time.

I asked her for a pencil so I would write down her name and she refused.

She said she wasn't going to let me use her property.

Now to defend myself, I wasn't creating a disturbance. I was just telling the people at the bus stop what happened. And since she interfered with me telling them what happened she also violated my 1st Amendment rights.

Since she refused to let me sit down she violated my 4th Amendment rights.

And when she trespassed me and told me to leave the library she also violated my 4th Amendment rights.

Now nobody at the bus stop complained about me for creating a disturbance. In fact they seem to thing the rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker was an *sshole.

Rent-a-cop Stephanie Walker seem to be wanting to create a problem so she could jerk me around.

I need to do a public records request for the videos and photos Stephanie Walker shot of me.

I also need to make a public records request for the Tempe Library policy that says it's against the rules to sit on the side walk.

The only thing I did was ask Stephanie Walker on my way off of the campus was if she know about USC 42 Section 1983.

She followed me to the street or Rural Road.

Now after that I went to Frys and wrote this stuff up.

When I initially came to the library I saw rent-a-pig Stephanie Walking in the back so I avoided her.

I walked by her when she was talking to the homeless people on the east side of the library.

She said hi to me. I waved back and said nothing. She is an *sshole and I don't want to deal with her.

I first went to the news racks and grabbed a copy of this weeks La Presna Hispana to read.

Then I wen to the bus stop to read it where I sat on the ground and read it.

I assume that the problem rent-a-cop Stephanie Walker has with me is that I questioned her authority and asked what laws I was breaking. You know the old "I got a gun and a badge and you must respect my authority" BS the power hungry *sshole cop often have.

Both on Thursday and today, she admitted i wasn't breaking any laws.

Thursday, she gave me the line of BS that the library policy was "secret" and I could not read it.

Today she said I was breaking the library policy but didn't tell me what it was.

And in fact yesterday I got a copy of the library policy and read it. And here is nothing in it that says you can't sit on the sidewalk.

Today it is Saturday, April 28 and it's about 9:06 am (that's when I wrote this at Frys. Now it's 11:10)

After leaving Fry's I got on the Jupiter North bus #1609. I caught it on Rural Road as it turned south off of Southern.

Several people got on the bus at the library who witnessed me being falsely arrested.

I asked them for names and they said they didn't want to get involved and didn't give them to me..

I suspect the conversations I had with them are recorded on the buses video and audio. I need to make a public records request for them.

The driver of the bus would not give me her name either.

Of the people that got on the bus and witnessed the event, two of them were females. One was a male.

Also the other day (Thursday) Dorthy witnessed my false arrest. Ask her to make a statement.

She told me she was thinking, why doesn't that lady (Stephanie Walker) shut the f*ck up and leave the guy alone.

I think the main thing this is about is a power hungry female cop, Stephanie Walker thinking: "Look mutherf*cker, I got a gun and a badge and you must respect may authority".

Also for videos from the library cameras to see if I can can anything to document the Thursday false arrest and today's Saturday false arrest.

Ask for video's from the body camera rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker was wearing. If she was wearing one.

Ask for cell phone videos and stills from both days.

Also for any reports she filed.

If she "trespassed" me from the library she probably needs to file a report.

Also remember to sue the company she works for.

For my public records request get the name of her company and sue them.

I'm going to be filing another lawsuit in Federal Court suing the city of Tempe for false arrest and civil rights violations.

This is my request for damages claim.

I was falsely arrested TWICE this week by Tempe Library rent-a-cop Stephanie Walker.

On Thursday, April 26, 2018 I was falsely arrested by Tempe Library rent-a-cop Stephanie Walker. She violated my 4th Amendment rights in that case.

I was sitting on the east side of the library door waiting for it to open shortly before 9 am.

Rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker ordered me to move to the west side of the library door.

I always obey government criminals with guns, even if they are wrong so I immediately got up.

I asked her what crime I was committing and she correctly answer me that I wasn't committing any crime.

She went on to say that I was violating a library policy.

I then asked her what library policy I was violating and she told me something to the effect it was a secret library policy which I was not allowed to see.

I suspect that it was 100% BS when she said that. And the only reason she was telling me to move was because she had a gun and a badge and believes the police motto of

"Look mutherf*cker I got a gun and a badge and you must respect my authority"

I read thru all the library policies on your website and could find NOTHING saying it was against the rules to sit on the sidewalk, where I'm not blocking anything and read a Spanish language magazine.

Today on Saturday, April 28 I was falsely arrested a second time by rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker. It was also around 8:40 a.m.

Knowing that Stephanie Walker harrassed me on Thursday, I avoided her.

I got a copy of the Spanish language newspaper La Prensa Hispanic and sat down in front of the bus stop and started reading it.

Again your terrorist rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker came up to me and ordered me to stop sitting down.

I immediately got up because I don't mess with police criminals with guns.

Again I asked her what law I was breaking and she said none.

Again I asked her something to the effect if they were also secret library policies that I was not allowed to view.

This time she changed her story and claimed they were real library policies.

There were a lot of people at the bus stop and they witnessed the event.

When Stephanie Walker left we started discussing what a f*cking *sshole your rent-a-pig Stephanie Walker is.

Stephanie Walker then came back and told me that she was trespassing me for creating a disturbance.

She told me to leave or she would call the police and have me arrested.

Again I don't argue with police criminal and I left.

This time she violated by 4th Amendment rights again with the false arrest and my 1st Amendment rights by preventing me from continuing my talk with the people at the bus stop about what an *sshole she was.

I will settle both claims for $100,000,000 each.

I'm sure you won't go for that, so I'm typing up a 2nd lawsuit to file in Federal court suing Stephanie Walker and the city of Tempe for false arrest and 1st Amendment violations.

I also want to make a few request for public records.

I will not be using these public records for commercial purpose.

I will be using the public records to sue the city of Tempe and Stephanie Walker in Federal court for false arrest and other civil rights violations.

I want all the still photos that Stephanie Walker took of me on Thursday April 26 and Saturday April 28 with her cell phone.

I want all the videos that Stephanie Walker took of me on the same days with her cell phone.

I want copies of all the stuff on her body cameras for both days.

I want copies of all the reports she filed about me for both days.

Stephanie Walker seems to be a nut job and is pretty much hated by all the homeless people who hang out near the library.

I talked to one Black guy and he said she was calling him a N*gg*r. I guess Stephanie Walker is also a racist *sshole instead of just being a plain old generic *sshole.

I almost forgot. It seems that on Thursday your rent-a-piggy Stephanie Walker was following me around harassing me.

She also harassed me in the BRC room. I have been told it is OK to eat in there, but she claimed it wasn't and made me stop eathing.
