On Monday, October 23, 2017 at about 8:46 a.m, I went upstairs to use the restrooms.
The female renta pig told me that homeless people are not allowed on the 2nd floor before 9am, unless they have an appointment.
The pig told me the building was closed and that you could NOT use the restrooms.
I asked here when the policy changed and she said it was ALWAY that way, which is a lie.
I suspect she is shaking down homeless people and selectively enforcing the law, only against us homeless people.

Female pig kicked me and another guy out of the entranceway to the Tempe Library.
She said the library wasn't open yet and we had to leave.
This is the same female pig that told me yesterday that I could not use the restroom upstairs.
And of course that was also a Title 42, Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit.
