(Tuesday, March 27, 2018) I just saw this blurb which says Safer Arizona only has one third of the signatures needed to get their phoney balony initiative on the ballot.

Maybe if Safer Arizona would have been more concerned about collecting signatures than spreading hate they would have gotten their initiative on the ballot.

I was kicked off of the Safer Arizona board of directors for complaining that marijuana criminal defense lawyer Tom Dean was turning the Safer Arizona initiative into a mini-version of the evil Prop 205 which was written by MPP (Marijuana Policy Project) and Demitri Downing.

Originally me, Dave and Alex wrote the Safer Arizona initiative to completely legalize marijuana with we minor exceptions:

1. An 18 year age limit
2. Allowed a small tax on marijuana sales
3. Required labeling and texting

He also added some garbage which seem like it was to allow him to make money by helping the legal medical marijuana cartels turn into legal recreational marijuana cartels.

I suspect Tom Dean had me kicked off of the Safer Arizona board of directors because he didn't want me to cut into his business of representing people arrested for victimless marijuana crimes.
