The Plaintif is suing these defendants
Plaintiff, Mickey Jones, for his complaint against defendants alleges as follows:
This action arises out of ARS 12-541 and Arizona Rules of Court 2018, Volume I – State Rules, of the Supreme Court Rule 42 1.6-1.10 Defendant #2, Marc Victor’s current law firm is located at 3185 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 8524, 480-725-3929, MARC@ATTORNEYSFORFREEDOM.COM and goes by the name The Attorneys For Freedom. The Plaintiff also did business with Marc Victors old law firm Victor & Hall. When the Plaintiff hired Marc Victor’s law firm around 20 years ago, the Plaintiff wanted Defendant #1 to protect him from the government. Instead the Plaintiff suspects that Marc Victor has been spreading lies for around the past 20 years that the Plaintiff is a government snitch, destroying the Plaintiffs life. The Plaintiff also suspects that Defendant #1 has been giving the Plaintiff’s private and confidential information to his friends such as Ernie Hancock, David Dorn, Nick Coons, Mike Renzulli, Alan Korwin, Rain Baker, Stacy Theis, Kathy Inman, marijuana lawyer Tom Dean and others. The Plaintiff suspects that Defendant #1 along with Ernie Hancock and David Dorn and other people have been spreading these lies to Libertarians, atheists, people that want to legalize marijuana, people in the anti-war movement, pro-gun people and people in Amnesty International. This has destroyed the Plaintiff’s life and made it impossible for the Plaintiff to make friends. The Plaintiff first caught Defendant #2 spreading lies about him when he made friends with Michael Mogliotti on Facebook. A guy who claims to be the Office manager for Defendant #2 sent Michael Mogliotti a message saying the Plaintiff can’t be trusted. That is libel. That is also probably a violation of the client attorney relationship. Michael Mogliotti's email is mmjmafia@gmail.com and his phone is (602)592-2265 The person oldtempeguy@yahoo.com,is spreading lies and libeling the Plaintiff on a list server called azsecularhumanists@yahoogroups.com. The Plaintiff suspects that Defendant #1 may be that person. Years ago Defendant #1’s law firm Victor & Hall failed to pay the Plaintiff $3,000 they owed the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff suspects he was cheated out of the money because Defendant #1 thinks he is a government snitch. Victor & Hall won $10,000 for the Plaintiff when the Plaintiff was attacked by a pit bull and agreed to charge the Plaintiff a 20% fee. But Victor & Hall kept $5,000 of the winnings, which is 50%, not 20%. Victor & Hall still owes the Plaintiff $3,000. Recently the Plaintiff has been complaining on Facebook and internet list servers that the Defendant #1’s law firm owes him $3,000 and that he doesn’t expect to get a penny back. That is 100% legal for the Plaintiff to do. In the same time frame when the guy who also claims to be the office manage for Defendant #2 made a post on Facebook threating to sue the Plaintiff for slander or something like that, because the Plaintiff was complaining about the $3,000 Defendant #1’s law firm owes the Plaintiff. That is libel because it makes the Plaintiff look like a liar. It is also almost certainly a violation of the client lawyer relationship between the Plaintiff and Defendant #1 and #2. The Plaintiff also thinks that the guy who also claims to be the office manage for Defendant #2 may have ordered the Plaintiff to stop making his posts about Defendant #1’s law firm owing the Plaintiff $3,000. The Plaintiff will have to check the images he has snapshotted of Facebook posts to verify that. The Plaintiff first discovered that people in the Libertarian Party were spreading lies about him at the first Freedom Summit when Ernie Hancock mentioned that David Dorn was spreading lies about the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was never told exactly what those lies were. Now the Plaintiff suspects that Defendant #1 was the person who started those lies. Defendant #1 along with Ernest Hancock was one of the people that put on the Freedom Summit. Ernest Hancock is a publicity hound, and the Plaintiff suspects that Ernest Hancock and Defendant #1 have been spreading these lies to people in the Libertarian, anti-war, marijuana, pro-gun and Amnesty International communities. Those lies have destroyed the Plaintiff’s life. Defendant #1 is an atheist like the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff suspects that Defendant #1 has been spreading these lies in the atheist community. Those lies have destroyed the Plaintiff’s life. Wherefore the Plaintiff respectfully requests the court:
