Homeless in Arizona

This happened to be about a week or two ago before. Actually I dug thru my emails and it was July 5, 2018. I know I put an entry on Facebook. I also emailed myself a copy of the files or sheet. It was one of those glossy expensive sheets I used.

When it happened a week or so ago I don't know if I got "Steve's" name. But it was same *sshole in Tempe BRIC or Tempe Business Resource Center".

Last time the *sshole said I could not use the glossy 8 1/2 by 11 photos that he puts out. Again the *sshole claimed he paid for them with his own money.

Steve guy who claims to be an unpaid volunteer in the Tempe Business Resource Center or BRIC claims that I can't use the paper he puts on the library racks.

There are no signs that say who can or can't use the paper. Nor are there any signs saying who can or can't take the paper. Nor are there any signs saying "Homeless people not allowed to use paper".

Steve says that the paper is his personal property and that he pays for it and puts it out on the public racks in the Tempe BRIC.

If it is Steve's personal paper, why is he putting it out on public racks in the library that are government property.

This Steve guy sounds like a real jerk. Does he hate homeless people?
