I was falsely arrested today at 8:45 am on October 1, 2018 in the upstairs area of the Tempe Library by a rent-a-cop who claimed her name was Tracey or Tracy. Tracey or Tracy is a heavy set woman with blond or brownish hair. Tracey works for C4S Security or is that G&S security. It's the same company that Stephanie Walker who is a rent-a-cop for the same company. I filed a lawsuit in Federal Court for false arrest and civil rights violations against Stephanie Walker for pretty much the same thing. Stephanie Walker also works for C4S Systems or C & S Security. Tracey or Tracy just told me I wasn't allowed in the building. She told me I had to leave. She didn't ask me any questions. I asked the rent-a-cop what law I was breaking and she didn't answer. I also told the rent-a-cop that there were not any signs saying "no trespassing". She just told me I didn't have any business in the building and I had to leave. She told me I had to leave. The C4S rent-a-cop violated my 4th & 14th Amendment Constitutional rights and I intend to file a USC 42 Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit against. And just now as I was typing this us to get revenge TRacey came up and told me I had to remove my drink from the computer lab. They let other people keep their drinks on the floor. I should note she didn't tell a woman with her child that she had to leave who was also in the upstairs area. I would like to file a claim against the city of Tempe and C4S Security. I will settle this claim out of court for $1,000,000,000,000.
While I was writing the following blurb up the Tempe rent-a-cop Tracey or Tracy came back and seem to harass me for asking questions. Tracey or Tracy came back and told me I had to take my capped, closed soda outside of the computer room. Normally they let you have stuff like that on the floor. I suspect she was just harassing me. Also when I went to scan the sheet to document my false arrest and I came back I could not log in using the password I gave to lock the terminal. I have NEVER had that happen to be before. I'm pretty certain if the C4S Security guard changed my password there is a log of it in the log files. I suspect that Tracey or Tracy changed the password from the guard station to harrass me. Again for both of those incidents I would like to file a claim against the city of Tempe for $1,000,000,000,000,000.
