Tom Dean charges $10,000 to take a marijuana case and $16,000 if it goes to trial?

From these posts on Facebook, 1 and 2 it sounds like marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean charges $10,000 to take a marijuana case and $16,000 if it goes to trial?

2. Mickey Jones So Tom Dean charges $10,000 to take a felony marijuana case and another $6,000 more if it goes to trial? Wow, you have to pay Tom Dean $16,000 if your case goes to trial?

3. Mickey Jones No wonder Tom Dean seems to want to keep marijuana as illegal as possible. If marijuana is legalized, Tom Dean will probably have to get a job at McDonalds flipping burgers.

Initially me, Dave and Alex made marijuana 100% legal in the Safer Arizona initiative, with two exceptions.

First Dave (David Stephen Wisniewski) added an age limit of 21, because of his mom.

Second we allowed them to slap a small sales tax on marijuana, which could be no greater then the sales tax on food.

Marijuana criminal defense lawyer Tom Dean also removed many of the protections we put in the initiative to protect marijuana users from the government.

Tom Dean seemed to re-write the Safer Arizona initiative for marijuana criminal defense lawyers and attorneys such as himself. And for groups of lawyers like the Arizona Cannabis Bar.

Tom Dean also seemed to re-write the initiative for his clients which I call the legal Arizona medical marijuana cartel.

Those are the 150 or so businesses, which have Arizona medical marijuana dispensaries.

Tom Dean seemed to modify the initiative so that they could go from having a government monopoly on growing and selling medical marijuana and also have a monopoly on growing and selling recreational marijuana.

I suspect Tom Dean would love it for them to become the legal Arizona recreational marijuana cartel.

Some of the groups that represent the legal Arizona medical marijuana cartel are the Arizona Dispensary Association (ADA), the Marijuana Industry Trade Association (MITA), Mikel Weisser and his Phoenix NORML.

Phoenix NORML and their leader Mikel Weisser also seem to have sold out from wanting marijuana completely legalized, to wanting to allow the legal Arizona medical marijuana cartel expand into the legal Arizona recreational cartel.

I also suspect that Tom Dean was the guy who got me kicked off of the Safer Arizona board of directors.

I suspect Tom Dean did it for one and only one reason $$$ MONEY $$$
