One justifiable reason we hate the police. Sent a letter to a friend which who is in the Pinal County jail and the police that run the jail returned it. Their claim is that clippings of articles from any newspaper or magazine are contraband that is not allowed to be sent to prisoners. There reason for refusal says: 2. Reason for denial: Per policy, nothing may be torn from any of publication and sent into the facility. Entire mailing must be returned to the sender.I can't think of any logical reason for this refusal to give an inmate a newspaper clipping, other then an attempt by the cops that run the jail to make life as difficult for the inmates as possible. If you ask me it sounds like we have a Title 42 § 1983 civil rights lawsuit that's going to be filed in Federal court.

The b*stards in the Pinal County Jail returned this letter to me. I got it last Friday, which I think was around October 20, 2017. They claimed he is not in the Pinal County Jail, which is a lie.
I did this search for him on Thursday, October 26, 2017 around 3:20 p.m. and he is definatelly in the Pinal County Jail.
