Holy krap, Ernie Hancock wants to be my friend on Facebook?

I suspect that Ernest Hancock has been spreading lies that I'm a government snitch for the last 20 years.

I suspect Ernest Hancock, David Dorn and Marc Victor all have been spreading lies for the last 20 years that I am a government snitch.

Marc Victor was my lawyer and his law firm owes me $3,000 for a case they won for me.

I suspect there is a good chance that Marc Victor is the guy who started spreading these lies.

Initially I thought that David Dorn was the guy who started spreading these lies about me.

David Dorn owns an insurance company call Dorn Agency.

Ernie Hancock is pretty much a Libertarian publicity hound.

I suspect that as a result of Ernie Hancock, David Dorn, Marc Victor and the Arizona Libertarian Party spreading these lies that I am a government snitch for 20 years a bunch of other people have had lawsuits filed against them for spreading lies that I am a government snitch against them.

That includes Safer Arizona who I filed two lawsuits against. One in Federal Court and one in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

That includes Kathy Inman who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Dave Inman who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Vincent Stanley who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Thomas Meadows who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Deb Staires who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Michelle Westenfield who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Manuel Chavez III who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Catalina S Vargas who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Patricia Pantel who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Zachary Ocker who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Eric Johnson who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Rain Baker who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Arizona Gregory who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander. Arizona Gregory also goes by the name Greg Fox or Gregory Fox.

That includes marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Robert W Clark who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Alex Gentry who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Michelle Mushee Westinfield who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Sergeant David Stephen Wisniewski who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Phoenix Cannabis Coalition or PCC who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

That includes Safer Arizona who I filed a lawsuit in the Maricopa County Superior Court for slander.

I don't think any of these people Sergeant David Stephen Wisniewski, Michelle Mushee Westinfield, Alex Gentry, Tom Dean, Arizona Gregory, Greg Fox, Gregory Fox, Rain Baker, Eric Johnson Zachary Ocker Patricia Pantel Manuel Chavez III Michelle Westenfield Deb Staires Thomas Meadows Vincent Stanley Dave Inman Kathy Inman or Robert W Clark made up the lies that I am a government snitch.

I suspect that the all picked up the initial lies from Ernie Hancock, Marc Victor and David Dorn to Tom Dean.

And I also suspect that the RAD or Relegalize All Drugs initiative has failed mainly because Ernie Hancock lies have convinced everybody that it's an initiative being pushed by the government to arrest people.

Sadly the Relegalize All Drugs initiative is the BEST initaive in Arizona.

And Ernie Hancock has cause it to fail.

A big F*CK YOU Ernest Hancock. You are not the freedom fighter you think you are. You are a babbling idiot who has destroyed my life, and caused an initiative that could have legalized drugs in Arizona to fail.

Lawsuits Ernie Hancock & the Arizona Libertarian are probably responsible for causing

I'm not 100% sure, Ernie Hancock, David Dorn, Marc Victor (my lawyer) and the Arizona Libertarian Party are responsible for causing these lawsuits to be filed, but I'm 99.999% sure they are.

About 20 years ago I found out that David Dorn was spreading lies about me that I was a government snitch. At least that is the story I have heard.

I'm not quite sure, what I am accused of doing because all the lies have been spread behind my back.

Initially I suspected that David Dorn who owns an insurance company Dorn Agency started the lies.

Initially I suspected that my lawyer Marc Victor who claims to be a Libertarian Freedom Fighter started the lies.

I suspect Ernie Hancock or Ernest Hancock is the main person responsible for spreading these lies.

Ernie Hancock or Ernest Hancock is a big time Libertarian publicity hound. Kind of like Republic Sheriff Joe.

Then from their the lies spread.

I suspect that these guys told marijuana criminal defense lawyer Tom Dean the lies, and he began spreading them.

I suspect that these guys told people in marijuana community like Rain Baker, Kathy Inman, Dave Inman, Stacy Theis and they also began spreading them.

In 2018 the sh*t hit the fan and I had enough of my life being destroyed by these jerks spreading lies that I am a government snitch and I filed these lawsuit.

100% complete re-legalization of marijuana

http://relegalize.100webspace.net/legalize_marijuana_2018.php

1. The government shall recognize that marijuana abuse is NOT a criminal problem but a medical problem.

2. The government shall NOT tax, regulate, or pass any laws governing the use of marijuana.

3. The government shall NOT assist any other government entities, such as Federal, foreign, world, Native American or state governments in enforcing any laws against marijuana.

4. The government shall NOT pass any regulations discriminating against people or entities that use use marijuana.

5. For this initiative the word marijuana refers to any form of marijuana, cannabis or hemp and includes concentrated forms such as hashish, hash oil, wax and shatter. This includes any form of marijuana used for recreational use, religious use, medical use, commercial use, industrialist use or other use. This includes all parts of any plant of the genus cannabis, whether growing or not, the seeds of such plant, the resin extracted from any part of a plant of the genus cannabis; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of such plant, its seeds or its resin; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of such resin or tetrahydrocannabinol. This includes all paraphernalia for marijuana use, such as but not limited to pipes, bongs, cigarette papers or dabbing tools. [The definition of marijuana was expanded in the 2020 initiative. Again because the Arizona government has tried to claim that concentrated marijuana isn't really marijuana, and that hashish isn't really marijuana.]

6. Any person convicted of any marijuana offense in the past shall automatically have their criminal record cleared for those charges and automatically receive a full pardon for those charges.

7. Any person arrested for any marijuana offense in the past who accepted a plea bargain for reduced charges shall automatically have their criminal record cleared for those reduced charges and automatically receive a full pardon for those reduced charges.

8. The government shall not extradite a person to another state or country if the person could be charged with marijuana crimes which would be legal in Arizona. [This was removed from the RAD 2020 initiative because it conflicts with the US Constitution]

9. Any government employee, agent, elected official, judge, police officer or prosecutor that arrests a person, passes a law or issues a ruling, guideline or edict that that interferes with a person's marijuana use shall be personally and civilly liable to each person for each incident for a minimum of $1 million in damages or 10 times the actual amount of damages whichever is greater. There shall be no immunity to a person who claims to be "acting in good faith" or for any other reason.

10. All government courts shall accept cases involving marijuana use, and decide the case based on the oral, written, or other contracts of the parties involved. Courts may not refuse cases by saying that marijuana is illegal under Federal law, international law, or other laws. [This was added when we were writing the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative. Eric Johnson said the courts would not accept a marijuana lawsuit he wanted to file]

11. The use of marijuana is defined as, but not limited to using, smoking, vaping, eating, consuming, drinking, snorting, transdermal delivery, injecting, sale, transfer, growth, cultivating, manufacture, processing, cooking, production, storage, possession, giving legal advice, transportation, or importation of marijuana. [This was added when we were writing the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative. Marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean, who seems to want to keep marijuana illegal for his personal financial reasons, said it was illegal for an attorney to give legal advice on how people can get around Federal marijuana laws. ]

Here is the text of the RAD 2016 marijuana initiative:

RE-LEGALIZE MARIJUANA

http://relegalize.100webspace.net/legalize_marijuana.php

1. The state of Arizona shall recognize that marijuana and marijuana abuse are NOT criminal problems to be solved by arresting people and putting them in prison, fining them and seizing their assets.

2. The state of Arizona shall recognize that marijuana and marijuana abuse are medical problems that are to be solved by the person who uses the marijuana. It is NOT the government's job to solve people's marijuana problems.

3. Government entities in the state of Arizona shall not tax, regulate, control, or pass any laws governing the use, smoking, consumption, drinking, injecting, sale, transfer, growth, cultivating, manufacture, production, storage, possession, transportation, or importation of marijuana or any of the chemicals in any marijuana plant.

4. Nor shall any city, county, state or other government agency or government entity in Arizona assist other government agencies, such as the Federal government, foreign governments, Indian governments or other state governments in enforcing their laws against marijuana.

5. Nor shall any government entity in the state of Arizona pass any regulations discriminating against people or entities that use use, smoke, consume, drink, inject, sell, transfer, grow, cultivate, manufacture, produce, store, possess, transport, or import marijuana.

6. For this initiative the word marijuana refers to any form of marijuana, marijuana products, cannabis or hemp and includes concentrated forms such as hashish, hash oil, wax and shatter. [The definition of marijuana was expanded in the 2018 and 2020 initiatives. Mainly because the Arizona government has tried to claim that concentrated marijuana isn't really marijuana, and that hashish isn't really marijuana.]

7. Any person arrested or convicted of any marijuana offense in the past shall automatically have their criminal record cleared for those charges and automatically receive a full pardon for those charges.

8. Any person arrested for any marijuana offense in the past who accepted a plea bargain for reduced charges shall automatically have their criminal record cleared for those reduced charges and automatically receive a full pardon for those reduced charges.

9. The state of Arizona shall not extradite a person to another state or country if the person could be charged with marijuana crimes which would be legal in Arizona. [This was removed from the RAD 2020 initiative because it conflicts with the US Constitution]

10. Any government employee, police officer or prosecutor that interferes with a persons marijuana rights defined in this initiative shall be personally and civilly liable to each person for each incident for a minimum of $1 million in damages or 10 times the actual amount of damages which ever is greater. There shall be no immunity to police offices or prosecutors who claim to be "acting in good faith" or other reasons.

11. This constitutional amendment will not effect the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act which shall continue to exist in parallel. [This was the only part of the RAD initiative that wasn't 100% Libertarian. It was initially created to get the support of the marijuana community. It was removed from the RAD 2018 initiative because 1) it is not needed and 2) it is not Libertarian.]
