Looks like Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb is more concerned about policing for $$$ Dollars $$$ and raising money for the Pinal County Sheriff's office that protecting the public from bad guys.
Looks like Sheriff Mark Lamb has partnered with Securus Technologies and both of them are ripping of inmates in the Pinal County Jail with these phone calls that are sold at the rip off price of $2.65 a minute of $159 an hour.

Sadly Sheriff Mark Lamb seems more concerned about shaking down the families of inmates that are jailed in the Pinal County Jail, than protecting the public from bad guys.
Sheriff Mark Lamb charges an outrageous $1.99 to leave a 45 second message for the inmate. That's $2.65 for a minute long message, or $159 an hour.
Remember most of these guys in the Pinal County jail are NOT convicted criminals. They are just in jail because they can't make their bail.
