Is Tom Dean acting as Michelle Westenfield's lawyer to boot me out of PCC?

Michelle has done a several things that make it sound like she is using a lawyer to try and kick me out of PCC, by getting me to resign and without having to do the dirty work of kicking me off the board of directors.
First she said that she assumed that I resigned because of statements I made.
And that she accepted my resignation.
I wonder did Tom Dean tell her to do it that way? In an attempt to get me to resign?
And if Tom is helping her, it is probably a conflict of interest, because Tom Dean was my lawyer and Michelle's lawyer when we were at Safer Arizona.
Second in that weird post Michelle made to the PCC Facebook page she claimed that she was NOT the President of PCC, but the acting leader or something.
Did Tom Dean tell her to do that?
And she probably said she was the "acting" leader because she and Tom Dean know that I am the legal President of PCC and that BS about the election being invalid is just BS.
And another question is that letter FAKE.
Vince has not posted any minutes to that meeting.
I wonder if Michelle made the whole thing up?
Last Michelle never has told me what I am accused of.
I have not broken there silly code of conduct, so they don't really have a legitimate reason to throw me out.
I wonder if Tom Dean told Michelle not give me a reason for throwing me out?
