Looks like Deb Stairs is doing the same thing they accused me of doing when they kicked me out of PCC or Phoenix Cannabis Coalition. Insulting me. And same for the original Safer Arizona initiative that me, Dave and Alex wrote. Before Tom Dean got involved. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Manage Deb Staires Deb Staires Ok MIckey. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Remove Mickey Jones Mickey Jones Well, like I said the Safer Arizona initiative has a lot of problems, like Prop 203 and if it passes, people will be complaining about things. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Manage Deb Staires Deb Staires It's not even going to make the ballot. It's statistically impossible for them to get enough signatures just like it was for AZFMR. My big question is will it ever be possible under the new referendum rules. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Remove Mickey Jones Mickey Jones Deb Staires - The one that will nail us is the one that says everything you put on the signature line must match exactly your voter registration. If you are registered on 5th Avenue and you put "5th Ave" the new rules will make your signature invalid. I suspect there is a good chance somebody with money will sue on grounds the law is unconstitutional. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Manage Deb Staires Deb Staires I know. Yep. Like · Reply · 17 hrs Remove Mickey Jones Mickey Jones I think it is possible to get RAD, Safer or AZFRM on the ballot. It just takes a lot of work. And along those lines, I think Tom Dean delayed up by two months. That was before I got kicked off of Safer Arizona. We were planning on filing the day after the election in November, but they didn't file till February. Most of the delay was because of Tom Dean. --- Deb Staires Oh Mickey if you didn't include legalization of all drugs you might could claim some similarity. Another inititative is going to have to be written. I think it's that simple. Yours won't fly and theirs won't fly. Why can't we get our minds in the same place without all the egos like "I helped write it so . . . " I keep hearing from people who sat in that room about how it's their baby. We just have to move away from that to some group effort. Sorry if you don't like me asking you to just stop but please I really wish you'd just stop. It's like Trump. You just have to stir the stick and talk about the past every day. Let it go so we can move on.

Mickey Jones Here is an initiative to legalize marijuana in Michigan. It's a lot like the RAD initiative in Arizona. http://relegalize.100webspace.net/legalize_marijuana_2018.p… It's 100% complete total legalization of marijuana in Michigan. Like the RAD initiative it doesn't have any restrictions on growing or selling marijuana. Sadly the Safer Arizona initiative started out this way when me, Alex and Dave wrote it. But then when marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean got involved in writing it it added a bunch of restrictions on growing and selling marijuana. And of course I was kicked off of the Safer Arizona board of directors for complaining to the public that Tom Dean was watering down the initiative and turning it into a mini-version of the evil Prop 205 written by MPP or Marijuana Policy Project and Demitri Downing. https://docs.zoho.com/…/1azqq5ef4917f5a1e450fbb4733e22545b6… https://www.facebook.com/groups/504175872997170/permalink/1496470303767717/ http://www.michigan.gov/…/Petition_-_Abrogate_Prohibition_M… http://abrogate.org/ This proposal would add a new section 28 to Article 1 of the State Constitution to read as follows: Section 28 (1) The agricultural, personal, recreational, medicinal, commercial, industrial and other uses of Cannabis in any form by any person shall be lawful activity. (2) All prohibitions on the use of cannabis in any form by any persons are hereby null and void. (3) Use of Cannabis shall include, but not be limited to: The possession, consumption, growing, manufacture, delivery, treatment, purchase, sale, transfer, and or transport of any plant, seed, flower, leaf, mixture, derivative, extract, product and or preparation of any part of any cannabis plant for all personal, recreational, religious, medicinal, research, development, educational, commercial and industrial purposes within the state of Michigan. (4) No excise tax, no fines, no fees, no regulation to diminish the use of Cannabis shall be levied or allowed. (5) This amendment shall be retroactive. (6) No agency of the state shall receive monies from the federal government or any other entity to be used in the promotion of continued prohibitions of Cannabis. (7) Severability: If any section, subsection or part of this amendment is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining sections, subsections, or parts of those sections shall not be affected, but will remain in full force and effect.
