https://www.facebook.com/aname.abetter/posts/818464424981250 A while ago some of the folks in Safer Arizona accused me of not being a member of the Libertarian Party and in fact called I was a Republican who was paid by the Koch Brothers to stop legalization of marijuana in Arizona. The guy who made that comment sounds a lot like Tom Dean. What rubbish. Last night I remember that I have run for office several times as Libertarian and in each case I had to file a document with either the state of Arizona or Maricopa County to say that I was running for office. I think it was in the last election that I ran for US Congress as a write in candidate. I ran in one of the Tucson districts. I would have run against U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema in Tempe, but I think Mike Shipley was running against her, so I picked the Tucson seat. So there is a government paper trial on that. I have also ran for office as a member of the Libertarian Party several times since 2002 and there is paper work filed with the government on those. I also ran for a precinct committee member of the Libertarian Party and was elected in a landslide election with 2 votes for me and zero votes against me. And I couldn't even vote in that election, because I was in the hospital. That was when I was attacked by a pit bull. I was also a member of the Arizona Libertarian Party governing board before we last the lawsuit and the evil Peter Schmerl and his evil ALP Inc party took over. I also think at that time I was on the Maricopa County Libertarian Party governing board. Back in those days we didn't use the BS elected job of precinct committee members as required by Arizona law. Nor did we obey any of the other silly election laws as required by Arizona law. I was kicked off of the Safer Arizona board of directors for complaining that marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean was turning the Safer Arizona initiative into a mini version of the evil Prop 205.
