Cara Nicole I recall you posting on Facebook that I wanted to take away people's right to bear arms. Maybe I should sue you. There was a clear recording where I said "I'm not taking your guns". But you didn't do your due diligence when you made false claims against me. Social media posts are opinion not proof of anything. What "pain and suffering" does a homeless man sustain from an opinion posted online? You state nothing in regard to damages. You show no evidence rhat you were injured physically, emotionally, socially, or financially.
Daron P. Babin In fairness Mickey, I’ve peered in front the fringes for the last 3 or 4 years and watched the grassroots piss on each other, you included. All because of a difference of opinion over how a law should be written regarding legal cannabis. Instead of supporting each other and learning the what’s and why’s of the other persons positions and why this choice is important to them. Why this position is meaningful to them. This is a reciprocal act and needs to happen for productive forward progress on these fronts. This is how you move the needle. I tried explaining this at countless grassroots meetings to no avail. Instead, a selfish approach was taken. The result, we were the only state to not pass a legalization bill. In the process, the community divides and attacks each other. This is contrary to the plant. It’s symbolic meaning to the world of peace, love and health. Now, lawsuits. There’s a path for unity...and it starts with a single act. This isn’t it...it’s a further illustration to our judicial system that we cannot communicate with each other nor self mediate to the mutual benefit of each other. I think you’re smart Mickey, but as much as you say they’ve attacked you...you’ve been complicit in your attacks on them. At some point, a single act of public forgiveness needs to happen to move us all forward. Whether it’s between you and the Inman’s, or NormlAZ and Safer...the hearts of the community should heal and people come together for us to move forward. It’s my hope that this happen, but again...someone has to take a step forward. Anyone. Carpe Diem.
