I suspect my lawyer Marc Victor was the guy who made up the lie that I was a government snitch and started spreading it around. I'm not sure where all the other lies came from. But I suspect that Libertarian lawyer Marc Victor is the guy who created them. Actually, I am not sure what lies Libertarian Marc Victor made up because I have really seen any of them until now. Well other then the stuff I saw on the Los Angeles Indy Media site 20 years ago.
That's Libertarian Lawyer Marc Victor who was my lawyer 20 years ago around the year 2000 or so when I got arrested for driving without a license and Marc Victor represented me.
This lie has literally destroyed my life. And picking the phony baloney Libertarian lawyer or attorney Marc Victor was the dumbest decision I ever made in my life.
This post has been around for 20 years and I suspect Marc Victor posted a similar post on the Los Angeles India media 20 years ago.
Back then Marc Victor's law firm was "Victor and Hall". Now Marc Victor's law firm is "Attorneys For Freedom", "Attorney For Freedom" or something like that.
I suspect Libertarian publicity hound Ernie Hancock or Ernest Hancock is the guy who spread this lie around the planet.
I suspect that the Safer Arizona group is now spreading this lie around on Facebook. They are mostly Sergeant David Stephen Wisniewski, Michelle Mushee Westenfield, Robert W Clark (Tucson), Zachary Ocker, Rain Baker, Marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean, Alex Gentry, Stacey Theis aka Stacy Shepherd, Greg Fox aka Arizona Gregory, Eric Johnson, Patricia Pantel, Manuel Chavez III, Thomas Meadows, Deb Stairs, Travis Varacka Vandenbrul, Mikel Weisser and Catalina S Vargas.
Safer Arizona claims they want to legalize marijuana in Arizona.
The only reason I hooked up with Safer Arizona and become a board remember in that group was because they claimed to want 100% legalization of marijuana.
I suspect Safer Arizona doesn't want to actually legalize marijuana 100% in Arizona.
I suspect the real goal of Safer Arizona is not 100% legalization of marijuana, but to give the current legal medical marijuana cartel a second government monopoly on growing and selling recreational marijuana in Arizona.
This isn't the case of a bunch of pot smoking hippie stoner want to legalize marijuana so they can be stoned 24/4.
According to articles in the Arizona Republic and the Arizona Business Gazette, they estimate that if recreation marijuana is legalized in Arizona it will be a billion dollar business.
The initial initiative that legalized medical marijuana in Arizona with Prop 203, Proposition 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act gave a government monopoly on growing and selling medical marijuana to about 150 firms.
Their initiative to legalize recreational marijuana will all pretty much do the same thing and give a government monopoly to about 150 businesses to sell recreational marijuana in Arizona.
Now if that is true, those 150 businesses will share a $1 billion market for recreations marijuana in Arizona which is worth $6.5 million for each of the business.
Why does Safer Arizona, Tom Dean and the legal Arizona marijuana cartel hate me?
I suspect it's because I started the two RAD initiatives which demand 100% complete legalization of marijuana and all drugs.

When he was in the US Army, he didn't have a lot ot do and just played on Facebook all day honing his skills. And if I remember correctly terrorizing his enemies.
Tom Dean is the lawyer for Safer Arizona.
Tom Dean also represents the Arizona legal medical marijuana cartel.
I suspect I am a job threat to Tom Deans legal business which specializes in marijuana arrests.
If marijuana is legalized 100% like my RAD imitative demands, Tom Dean's law firm is out of business.
An even bigger problem is my RAD initiative to legalize marijuana gets on the ballot on passes it will destroy the current legal medical marijuana cartel in Arizona and bankrupt them.
The RAD initiative calls for 100% legalization of marijuana and allows ANYONE to grow, sell or possess marijuana.
The people that would effect are marijuana criminal defense attorney Tom Dean and the legal Arizona medical marijuana cartel he represents.
When Prop 203 was passed legalizing medical marijuana in Arizona it wasn't passed as a method to eventually legalize recreational marijuana.
Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act was financed and bankrolled by a bunch of smart businessmen to give them a government monopoly on growing and selling medical marijuana in Arizona.
Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act only allows about 150 firms to grow and sell medical marijuana in Arizona.
Currently medical marijuana sells for $300 an ounce or $4,800 a pound at the medical marijuana dispensaries.
Oddly you can buy illegal black market marijuana for $50 to $100 an ounce or one sixth to one third of the price of legal medical marijuana.
Will that in mind, I suspect owning and operating a medical marijuana business is pretty much a ticket to becoming a millionaire.
And of course the RAD initiative if passed would essentially put all those medical marijuana firms out of business that sell medical marijuana at the rip off price of $300 an ounce or $4,800 a pound.
Under the RAD initiative marijuana would be 100% legal, and anybody can grow, sell or possess marijuana without asking the government for a license or permission.
That would cause the current rip off price of marijuana which is about $300 an ounce or $4,800 a pound to plummet to a price that is more consistent with a free market.
And that would yank the gold mine that the current legal Arizona medical marijuana cartel has out from under them.
I'm sure that's why Tom Dean and the current legal medical marijuana cartel hate me. And why they are spreading lies like this to discredit me.
